Reid Vancelette, a doctoral candidate in Linguistics at the Graduate Center, CUNY, is recruiting participants for an online research study on Russian sentence comprehension.
Who I’m looking for
• Native English speakers learning Russian as a second language (intermediate to advanced; no beginners)
• Heritage speakers of Russian (born in the U.S. or moved to the U.S. before age 7, with Russian as the home language)
Participants do not need to be currently enrolled in Russian courses.
Study details
• Two online tasks completed on a computer (no phones or tablets)
• Approximately 45–60 minutes in total
• $30 compensation
This study is fully online and open to participants regardless of location
Optional: Participants who live in the NYC area may also be invited to a separate, in-person session for additional compensation.
